How can I make changes to my order or cancel it?

To edit or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and quote your order number and the changes you may want to make. If the order is in the status of “Prepared to ship” or “Shipped” or “On its way” or “Delivered”, customers are not allowed to modify / cancel the order.
Once your order has been cancelled, it will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days and may take additional time depending on your bank processes.
